Deidre Birkill
BPhysT. UP (SPT, OMT)
​​Deidre Birkill founded Birkill Physiotherapists in 2007. She qualified at the University of Pretoria in 2004. After completing her community service year at Murchison District Hospital in KZN she joined the private sector and started her own practice in 2007.
She completed her post graduate diploma in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT) in 2011 and completed her Sports Physiotherapy (SPT) qualification in 2012. Deidre is also a qualified Kettle Bell (HKC), Pilates (BASI) Instructor. She completed a neuromodulation coaching course in Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) with Dr Ian Weinberg during 2023.

Deidre has a great passion in getting patients moving again. “I believe health, confidence and power starts with pain-free movement. A strong and mobile body that moves well is a happy body!”
Genevieve Stark
BPhysT. UP (SPT)
Genna completed her Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Pretoria in 2007. After her community service year in Delmas, Mpumalanga, she gained valuable experience in a variety of physiotherapy environments, including both outpatient as well as hospital based practices.
In 2012 she further completed a year long course covering Sports related injuries and management (SPT).
Genna has a great passion and interest in treating patients with fascial release techniques and striving towards better fascial fitness. She is currently completing her MAP (Myofascial Activated Posture) course.
Wei-Ming Lo
BPhysT. UP
Wei completed his BPhysT. Degree at the University of Pretoria in 2007 and completed his community service year in Witbank Provincial Hospital and the surrounding community in 2008.
Wei started his physiotherapy career while also also lecturing at the University of Pretoria. He also taught Physical Science and coached soccer for many years at his old high school. After hours he still tutors high school kids in science and maths.
Wei is a sport fanatic with a passion for getting patients back to their sport. He has great skill and expertise in final rehabilitation. "I really enjoy the feeling of helping someone. To make a difference in a person’s life is a wonderful feeling.”
